It is a lovely dress. I am 5'1 but it is a little too long and wide for me. It was almost to my ankles. The torso was also too long for my body. The belt hit me way under my bra area(to be an A-line dress) , but not quite at my waist. It was somewhere in the middle so it looked a little awkward on my short body. When I sat, there was too much material on my back as well. I wore the dress and it was very pretty. If I would do it over, I would have purchased the Petite size because it really does matter. I wore it and received compliments on the dress but kept fiddling with it all night because the cut of the dress felt weird. The material is beautiful and very comfortable. Very well made. The color looks gorgeous in the daylight and night. Just the perfect amount of sparkle. If purchasing, be mindful of sizing. I do, however, recommend this beautiful dress. ... show more

This dress is very comfortable and still looked great at the end of the night. I am 5' 6" and thought the length good. I did have to have the top extensively altered as it was way too big. The knit was soft and draped nicely. I had originally chosen this as my mother of the groom dress but due to covid there wasn't a big wedding. I was able to wear for a formal holiday party. Beautiful dress , I’m just not a dress person , but this one is lovely. Would be right for any occasion . Just not my length. Would love it if it was mid calf length I ordered 14 plus based on the guide , could have done it in regular size It’s the length that doesn’t do it for me

This was one of many dress I got from Amazon prime to try on for my nieces New York wedding ( they are fancy weddings!!) I also brought many other dresses from Macys, Dillards and Dressbarn. But this dress was the most attractive dress of them all!!! The top is really not that fancy but the bottom of the dress has rosettes with sparkles, lovely. I received so many compliments.
