It's a good beginning piano, not bad, not special. Biggest thing I have against this Keyboard is that it doesn't have a touch sensitivity option to the keys.

Sounds pretty good, pretty new on how to navigate it especially because I dont know too much about a piano but my kids love it. Want to get them into trying new instruments so they can learn how to play a few. Love it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product in February of 2020 for my son's birthday. Within two months the head phones went out. We weren't too worried about as we had another pair for him to use. Now in June 2021 the entire keyboard went out. We push the on button and it makes a crackle sound but nothing happens, the screen is blank, and the keys don't play. It's completely broken. I have emailed product support and have not heard back within the 72 hours so I'm leaving this review for now. For the record, we keep the keyboard securely attached to the stand it came with. It hasn't moved since we received it last year. Update: still no word from tech support. Just an email stating I should have received a response and to check my spam folder. Which I did and there’s no email from them. Update 2: we finally got a hold of customer support via phone. They believed the power chord was the issue and sent us a new one. Now the keyboard makes a horrible buzzing sound and still doesn’t work. Update 3 They had us return the keyboard which was challenging because we didn’t have the original box. We returned it and waited a weeks. I had to call customer service to find out the status of our return. After going back and forth a bit a replacement key board was finally sent. It was a newer model. We have had it for several months now and have had no problems with it. ... show more
