I was so scared to purchase this crossbody because of what people was saying in the reviews. It's a GREAT bag! You just have to be aware of how you're handling it....don't be rough with it. Treat it like it's a $2000 bag...don't THROW things in it....PLACE it in..be mindful of how you use the open and close zipper. The purse was really pretty. Material is nice & sturdy. My only issue is that it says “beige” for the color but it’s more of a pink beige. I wanted more of a nude or tan beige. Other than that, no complaints!

Edit: I love this purse but the zipper has broken. I’ve purchased two of these (one in red and one in black). They’re comfortable and light. They’re not too small and not too big. I like the two little side pockets inside and the side pocket on the purse fits my iPhone perfectly. I’m able to keep my sunglasses and a few pieces of makeup inside and a small wallet and keys.
