Love this set so much I came back and bought a second set! I had been looking for a long time, bought two other sets in recent years (for double the cost of these) that I ended up just hating. I wanted nickel-free (18/0) and was aware they tend to get water spots more easily, but the brushed satin finish on these makes that much less noticeable. The weight is substantial, not likely to bend, and yet they are well-balanced and feel just right. I noticed a slight metallic smell at first but that went away after a short time.

I would not use this set every day. My intention was to bring it out on special occasions or for a conversation starter. Some pieces are a bit rough but not enough to cause harm. Some people might not even notice. I, however, was looking for sharp edges. I LOVE the champagne color and the way it feels in my hand. Good quality for the price. I will be honest. I was not expecting very much when I bought these. A Generic set of Silverware. Then I had to go into the hospital with them in the sink to wash. I expected the water to be black and them to be rusty after a week, even with them being Stainless. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were unchanged.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my mother over a year ago. They have held up very well. They have stayed shiny through washing and usage. Not too easy bend and pretty sturdy. Just recently have noticed a little bit of water spot damage, but it’s been over a year of these being the primary dining utensils of the house.
