This is my first Alaska Bear Silk pillowcase and I love it! Ordered soft pink and it is true to color. I always hand wash my silk pillowcases inside out in Woolite with cool water before using, roll up in a dry towel to remove water, and lay flat to air dry, usually smoothed out across the top of my ironing board - which gets more use for drying things then it does for ironing! This washed very nicely, no noticeable color bleeding, and dried with minimal wrinkles. Inside is done with basic but well-sewn seams and the hidden zipper runs smoothly. It is 19 momme mulberry silk but it is just as silky smooth and soft feeling against my skin as the higher momme silk pillowcases I own. I love how silk pillowcases really keep my fine hair tame and bedhead-free compared to other fabrics. The silk scrunchie I received was beige and a nice size with good elastic. I will definitely order this brand again for myself and will give as gifts to friends for the quality and reasonable price!

These are amazing... they've been used daily for almost 18 months and are still in near-new condition. Very well made, sturdy, wear incredibly well, machine wash and dry beautifully (I do everything on cold), and are so comfortable to sleep on. No zipper issues or problems with seams ripping or fraying, wrinkling or staining. It was so hard to shop for silk pillowcases... confusing claims, reviews all over the map, meaningless ratings, crazy pricing, just complete overload. Somehow I managed to decide on these very reasonably-priced ones, and I continue to be amazed by their quality and longetivity. My skin and fine hair love sleeping on them. Thank you Alaska Bear!

Very nice pillowcases, soft and smooth and I woke up for the first time without a mess of knotted hair. As soon as I received them, I washed them in cold water with a gently laundry soap as recommended, no softener, spun the water out in the washer, then hung dry. They dried quickly. They were slightly wrinkled but not bad. By morning they were nearly wrinkle free from sleeping on them. I bought these to use and enjoy. Seriously a very nice surprise. Love these, will buy again!

This is a well made pillow case, made of real silk. I’ve purchased other brands for less on Amazon and have been so irritated that they weren’t actual silk. Those were returned, but this will be with me for years. It feels so soft on my skin.

At first I was skeptical because the pillow kept moving from under my head due to the slippy material but once I got adjusted to it I’m so glad I got it. I do notice less hair fallout and healthier hair since using this! Highly recommend trying a silk case. For better healthier hair!

I love laying down on this luxurious pillow case at the end of the day. This is a true silk pillowcase, great for curly hair and it’s better for skin. I have purchased several of these, they are delicate and usually after about a year the zipper becomes disconnected from the fabric. However, this is expected with a delicate fabric. I do not wash in a laundry bag, and I hang to dry.
