Scent: Emotion Irisee
Emotion Irisee has an intense opening, comprised primarily of fruity, sweet pear and sour citrus notes. After a few minutes, the other notes begin to develop and the lavender, coconut and vanilla start to shine. The coconut note has the tendency to smell slightly like jasmine at times, until I remember that it's coconut. From around two hours onward, the fragrance smells mostly of sweet cream, coconut, green vanilla and fruit accords. The wood note is in there somewhere, but it is not very noticeable. I don't detect any musk. Overall this is a pleasant fragrance and an effective attention getter. Despite the sweet, fruity nature of the fragrance, I would still consider it to be a unisex scent. Even though it's hard to detect, I think the subtle wood note helps smooth it out and keep it from being too feminine. Longetivty is very good, lasting 12 hours or more. especially with a direct, saturating spray onto the skin. Projection is good, depending on how much you apply. I would say one or two sprays, is usually sufficient with Emotion Irisee, which leaves a detectable scent trail, but doesn't overwhelm once it dries. Too many sprays could be overpowering. I think this one is better being discovered, rather than announced. With two sprays, projection starts at 15 feet or more for about 20 or 30 minutes, then at around an hour diminishes down to 6 feet or arm's reach for the rest of the duration. I would consider this to be a winter, fall, spring fragrance, but if applied sparingly, in a light mist, it could be OK for summer too. The box and bottle are beautiful. The cap snaps securely in place. The atomizer works very well, providing a dense cloud of fine mist. It doesn't drip or leak.

Another great fragrance from the house of Al Haramain, and here a few points to mention. Great box and great quality bottle, the UAE always has some best presentations when it comes to fragrances. The atomizer is pressurized, so the spray is very nice. The scent, I'm a bit confused, first spray, I'd say it's definitely feminine leaning, but as it settles, I can see this is more of a unisex perfume. I can see guys can wear it, BUT only if you're into sweet spicy scent. This is not so masculine either, this is not the easiest one to wear but the scent profile definitely mass appealing. I can smell the lavender and pear, and it's very similar to one of the gucci but I forgot what it was. And it settles with a little bit woody note. This is extrait de parfum, so this is a STRONG one. Few sprays will get you 8+ hours easily. It has a monster projection, it lasts on your clothes for the second day. Overall, if you like spicy lavender and woody notes, definitely give it a try. House of Al Haramain is a very reputable brand and they offer so many high-quality fragrances.

There's something about this perfume that smells nostalgic to me but I can't figure it out. I think it's the floral note in it that triggers a memory from when I'm younger but I can't remember from where. It's interesting because it's strong but soft at the same time. The pear, vanilla, coconut and musk blend really well together. I'd say it lasts for a solid 6-8 hours on skin and clothing. I also love the packaging. It's such a heavy bottle with a very expensive look to it. It looks really pretty on my vanity when the light hits it (I know it's bad to keep them away from the sun) but that's where I keep it.

Oddly enough, this fragrance has the same note structure as A.G. Cloud, but they are not similar. While not listed in Emotion Irisée, my nose is picking up on an effervescent accord with a hint of pineapple and greeness. This perfume opens with lavender, pear, and bergamot- I can pick up on a slightly salty citrus and watery pear. As it settles, there's a dry, soft sweetness that’s warm and comforting, balanced nicely by a hint of whipped vanilla. The dry down is smooth with subtle musk and clean woody notes, creating a calm, grounded finish. It’s a lovely scent from Al Haramain, that feels both cozy and clean—really easy to wear every day.

This caught me off guard in a good way. It opens with a soft, powdery iris that feels clean and smooth. Iris can be hit or miss depending on how it’s done, but here it really works. It’s elegant without being too fancy or old-fashioned. There’s also a creamy mix of coconut, pear, and vanilla that gives it some warmth and sweetness. It balances the powdery side without going too sweet. On my skin, it projects pretty well for the first hour or so, then settles down into something more intimate. It stays close, but you can still catch whiffs here and there throughout the day. The bottle design is really pretty and feels like something you'd see on a higher-end fragrance. It’s unisex, but does lean slightly feminine. If you like iris or want something soft and comforting, this one is worth a try.
