I use these as pin boards for my Disney pins. I wasn't aware of the adhesive function until I pulled the white paper off. This was a mistake for me because I didn't want the boards to stick to anything. The adhesive is very strong when you first remove the white paper. However, if you are using them for the glue purpose, stick them to what you need them for right away after removing the paper. After sitting without the paper the adhesive goes away rather quickly if not stuck to anything.

Easy to apply. We placed it behind our dart board which is in an odd shaped location. We were able to cut easily to the desired shapes.

I applied these on my office wall using the adhesive. WOW! What a mistake. Now I’m planning to sell my house and I literally can’t get the adhesive off. I had to break the tiles to remove them but the adhesive will not come off no matter what adhesive remover I use. So those of you who say the adhesive doesn’t work, I suspect you didn’t do proper surface prep. The tiles are great and if I didn’t have to remove them I’d give them a five. Next time I’ll use an alternative adhesive.

After reading mixed reviews, I didn’t use the adhesive backing that comes w/ the tiles. Instead I put painters tape on the wall & on the back of the tile & used hot glue to attach them to the wall. This way I can easily remove them when needed. Push pins work well in the cork/fabric. I am happy w/ my purchase.

These cork squares were flat, square, and had dense small particles. I expected them to have a coarser grain, be bowed and rough edges, but these were good. They had very square corners, none were chipped or damaged. The back has a white paper backing you peel off and there is a double sided tape over the entire back. I washed the wall, let it dry, washed my hands, used a bubble level to get the first one up level and plumb, then just abutted the 12 squares together. You can see the pretty good edges in the closeup photos. I'll try to come back here and modify this if the adhesive lets go. 2/23/25 update: still stuck on my wall just fine.
