With your skateboard turned on and in pairing mode, turn the remote on, then only VERY BRIEFLY press the power button and the speed button next to it, together, to initiate pairing from the remote. Works well with my Meepo V3. You can also access some settings with certain button combinations from when the remote is powered off, such as KMH/MPH and transmitter frequency change.
