Before we even get to this awesome tool, how about same day delivery for the win!!! Then on top of getting this quickly for my weekend brake job the tool is very well built & feels like it will last quite some time! I couldn’t fathom how long I could have ended up fighting those pesky factory screws holding the rotors nearly in place without this tool. Just set the rotation in the direction I need a few taps with a hammer and that’s it! Then I was able to reuse the screws , twisted the rotation and got them back in all nice and tidy. If I were to nitpick anything it’s the latch on the box doesn’t hold very securely, I think with a little bending or adjusting it will latch perfectly. Not a big concern for me as this tool has earned its forever home in my tool box! ... show more

The box arrived bent and the latch was also bent. I was able to make it work like a box. There was not enough packing in the metal box to keep the tool from bending the box in shipment. The tool is the important part; the box not-so-much. I haven't used the driver yet, but is probably fine. I am fairly sure that something that gets hammer blows can take a small drop, even if the box can't. I could have returned/exchanged it. I just wanted the manufacturer to know about the packing. A really quality tool that does the job. Simple to use, easily removed rusted in screws in rotors. Love the heavy duty feel of the tool as well. Price is right too as I’m thinking this will be a lifetime purchase.

Tool itself is probably ok. Not a lot to a hand-held impact driver. The metal box itself is extremely cheap. The metal is very thin and bends easily. Corners are not welded resulting in flimsy construction. The side can literally be folded out by hand. The driver bits are also covered in something that resembles a painted finish.
