got the red 7 first thing to notice is it's slightly smaller than a standard 7 from other brands i looked at like ibanez, but it makes it more comfortable so thats ok, at first glance your not sure its actually a 7. the lines are near perfect and the finish is beautiful and reminds me of cherry wood furniture, in person you can see the woodgrain underneath. Semi playable out of the box once tuned up but I usually change strings and do a onceover on the setup anyways, i wanted a multiscale since 2018 when they came out but the cheapest name brand being 600+ to try something new and the other off brands having issues lately it seems I thought it was off the table for a bit more time. I dont know where this came from but damn this is a machine. fretboard is flat and the neck is smooth. It actually feels a tiny bit thinner then my reg 6 and the whole kit looks very close to the CORT KX307 which is the original multiscale. Its got some weight to it but the archtop helps from being too heavy, overall i love this guitar and it made my hands hurt lol. Im glad they didnt cheese out with one of the other less dense woods as its very resonant with lots of sustain. Combined with the roasted maple fretboard the sound is warm and poppy without being too dark. This guitar should be able to play whatever style you want with ease. But it's definitely a shredder. even the pots feel above grade. Now I need a version with stainless frets and locking tuners please. The distortion is a simple dirt type filter but it's actually pretty nice. I run an AC30 style pedal as my base/clean tone, putting this in front sounds great. comparable to one of the settings on my fatrat pedal. lots of crunchy crunch but can be dialed back to a warm overdrive. even saturated the notes are clear. probably will sound really good in front of a lot of amps. as far as deals go this is truly a monster one, even if you have to go have it fully set up. also found out they make a 6 string version. if your interested in multiscale or 7 or 8 strings this is a killer starter. heck this thing smokes 80% of guitars in the price range, just wow.

Good piece if you're looking to explore a 7 string multi scale but aren't sure if you want to spend $800. All of the Hardware is VERY cheap and the body is very thin but it's a playable piece for cheap. Neck is not set as deep as it could be and the frets do not span the entire width of the fretboard and are scratchy and need a polish out of the box. If it's on sale you can find if around $200. It's a lot of guitar for the price, just understand that you are buying a $200 guitar... it's a good slab of wood with 7 strings. Pickups aren't as bad as some reviews suggest but they aren't great with tons of overdrive. It was enough for me to get familiar and to figure out what I want from my next 7 string and I'll be keeping it to play around with odd tunings outside of my main piece. It's a very flat fret board. I think 16" radius at the nut. The fanned frets didn't trip me up at all though and learning the 7th string felt intuitive and took no time to learn to traverse all the strings. It never felt like "too much". If you're a 6 string player and you're curious about 7 string multiscale AND you find this on sale, I say go for it. I can't give 5 stars because it's just not that😅 but it's pretty close for how cheap it is and what you get for the price.

I have the 7 string. Feels great. Intonation is great. Looks amazing. Get this guitar before the price goes up because you can’t beat the value and the quality. It was packaged well and safe. The guitar also comes with a distortion pedal which I haven’t tried because I don’t have a 9v ac barrel jack but for me that’s fine because separately I have purchased a cool little Hotones Pulze mini to play around on. Great combo imo. This also came with picks and a strap as well as a guitar string mute. Check for what it all comes with because I may not be listing everything but it should be in the images. The controls and switch’s feel solid. It plays well out the box. Really, the only thing this awesome guitar doesn’t come with is guitar stand and a guitar amp!

I never write reviews but I had to for this guitar. For background, I’m 23 and I’ve been playing guitar since 2016 and have owned 13 guitars in this time- all top end expensive and fancy brands that charge an arm and a leg just for the name on the headstock. I’ve also tested and played a few dozen other guitars during the process of trying to pick the right ones for me during my time as a musician. I received this instrument while searching for a 7 string guitar, which they were out of stock in at the time, and I decided I would test this product out while waiting for the 7 string to restock and I was blown away. I genuinely mean this, as one of the most spoiled people I know, this was the greatest guitar I’ve ever held. I have never felt so comfortable holding an instrument and the build quality was astonishing. The weight being so light was a plus too. This guitar matched or even outperformed everything in my collection in nearly every way. There was only 1 “issue” I had with this guitar, which was the sustain of the notes played. That could be fixed with a 20 minute set up, and any further adjustments to sound can be solved according to taste by switching the pickups if it’s that big of a deal (it shouldn’t be) On the subject of setups, I don’t think a professional setup is actually even necessary, and you could probably do the one or two tweaks I thought of yourself as a beginner. The fact that you’re getting such a genuinely high quality instrument that’s built to last (even the tuners are solid- nothing went out of tune and tune ability is as expected) AND it’s multiscale (usually a $400+ upgrade) is insane to me. If I knew about this brand sooner I’d have a lot more money in my savings account that didn’t go to Fender or Les Paul. I have no doubt this instrument would last a lifetime with how it’s built. It has a very similar construction to a thousand dollar schecter I own, and I know that’s built to last too. Speaking of the pickups by the way, I wouldn’t even waste my time changing them just for a little bit of sustain considering how clean they sound even in DI into an interface. I tested this guitar in every way my studio could and in the blind tests there was no real way of knowing whether it was this guitar or my $2,000 dollar guitar in the recordings. I don’t think I’ve ever had an instrument have 0 issues out of the box, nor have I ever had confidence that a brand cares about me as the consumer, even if just proved by what comes included with this guitar. Sadly I didn’t get to try the pedal but I think it could blow up in my face and I’d still be rating 5 stars. The included bag is also really high quality and kept the guitar safe even with some outer box damage. I can not recommend this instrument enough and I cannot wait for them to restock the ones I want in January :)

This thing is beautiful absolutely amazed at what you receive. This brand is fantastic from customer service to guitar finish and comfortability. Pros (The Good Stuff): VALUE IS INSANE: Got this for $230. It feels like an $800+ guitar, seriously. BUILD QUALITY: The finish, the roasted maple neck, and the frets are perfect. This is where all the money went. NECK: The multi-scale neck (fanned frets) feels great and the heel is super clean. FREE STUFF: Comes with a backpack gig bag, a strap, a distortion pedal, and a string dampener. CUSTOMER SERVICE: They actually answered my questions and confirmed warranty coverage. Cons (The Bad Stuff): PICKUPS: after talking with customer support I may have got a bad set or something they were great fixing it. Verdict: If you are looking for a fantastic, high-quality chassis to upgrade, this is it. It is an instant 9/10 for the money. Buy it now and save up for new pickups!

Definitely worth the money for exploring this type of instrument. You will need to set it up and you will probably need a 10 band EQ. This is not a regular guitar so your amp will have to be adjusted otherwise it will be muddy and you won't like it. Oddly enough lower your low end and increase the mids lower your treble some and you should see a big difference in playability You'll be banging your head soon enough
