Came missing a few parts and they were shipped promptly. Unfortunately they sent a 3HP motor as they didn't have a 4HP in stock. This is ok to get me operating but they promised me a 4 HP as soon as they arrive. I'll update my review accordingly but so far the lift is working well.

The media could not be loaded. great product works good ,was missing a few things like shimes and brakets for bolt holders on sides of arms.
