The instructions were easy to follow and very straightforward. I was able to put it together alone and just needed assistance turning it right side up because it is quite heavy. I used an Ikea countertop as my table because I needed to use this desk as a large adjustable cutting table in my sewing room. I initially wanted to figure out how to add casters to the legs, but it is effortless to move, so it wasn't necessary. The only issue, which is my creation, is my countertop's width is larger than what is recommended and I can feel a slight unsteadiness when leaning on the desktop. It looks great and functions as expected. I am pleased.

This wasn't too bad to install, but I did encounter one hiccup. In attaching the supports to the columns, there was one hole that was misaligned with the female threads below. I had to use a drill to widen the hole so I could thread the screw. Kind of annoying, but not too much of a headache. I really like the function of the desk. So much furniture is designed for the average sized man that the average sized woman has trouble getting comfortable. I like that this desk goes low enough to be ergonomic for average women and smaller men at a seated height.

A friend gave me a nice, 6-foot, heavy tabletop that I wanted to use for a sit/stand workbench. I needed a frame that would let the tabletop drop as low as 24 inches, but still raise to standing height. This desk frame was a very pleasant surprise. First, it came well-packed, protecting the frame components' appearance from shipping damage. Then, the most pleasant experiences were the thoughtful design, quality frame materials and electrical components, and precise machining of parts and connectors. Assembly instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Put together solidly on first attempt and very happy with the appearance and function of the finished product. Very stable at full height. Highly recommended!

I work from home and had a manual operated sit-stand desk for years, and it worked fine until I upgraded my desk surface. My original desktop was 55x24" and I upgraded to a 72x32" surface from Ikea. I stacked the two surfaces on top of one another with 3" risers in between creating some storage area in between. With the weight of the new desktop, and gaming PC, 3 monitors a couple laptops and other stuff, my manual desk ceased up on me, and became difficult to raise. So i decided to purchase the AITermial and I wish, I'd done so earlier. The desk raises and lowers with ease at the touch of a button. You can program 4 different settings, and you can lock the desk in place. This was very important, As I have a 3 year old who likes to push the buttons. Once I locked it, she lost interest in the buttons as they no longer responded to her touching them. The desk is very solid and there is very little wobble. I love it and I wish I would have went automatic/motorized. I paid $262 and it was $ well spent.

Have these on a bamboo table and works well. I would say the only down side is that installing the legs can be a pain as the holes to attach the brace (the part that stretches across the back of table) has to placed through a bigger hole. Limited space the screw in. Best you do it when you are lying down on your side. Would recommend to assemble it once the brace is attached and screwed into your table top. I opted to use thread inserts for this installation vs the self tap screws.

Function of electric risers are working great so far. I put a solid wood slab 84x30x1.5” on it and there is no issue for the dual motor. Assembly was pretty easy, took about 25min to build. 4 star because I had two units shipped to me because the boxes were damaged and some parts missing. Box is heavy and needs to be more durable or separate some of the weight.

The media could not be loaded. I have an executive office desk that I was going to get rid of. I decided to see if I could turn it into a stand up desk Simon e that’s what I’ve been wanting. I removed all the screws that held the top of the desk to the base. I took this riser base and trimmed down to fit underneath the knee well in my executive desk. I’ve been attached the desk, top to the riser and tested the desk. It works absolutely perfect. The desktop is about 6 feet long and it houses to laptops in a 27 inch monitor. The desk riser does a fantastic job of lifting it up as you can see in the video and lowering it back down right where I want it. It took a desk that I would have thrown away and turn it into a very usable desk for me.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the unit I received. I picked this adjustable standing desk frame strictly based on price with the expectation that I would probably be making compromises in other areas, and so far I haven’t found any. The adjustment range is great, assembly was straightforward, the instructions were fine, and everything was well labeled and well packaged. It even had a name brand (Bosch) motor controller. If your building a standing deal with your own custom top, this is the way to go.
