Solid product that gets the job done and works out, tense tight and strained muscle muscles around the shoulder blades that can’t be easily reached otherwise. I find myself using only the knobs at the end of the device and not utilizing any of the knobs in the middle, but otherwise a great product for a great price. Small and easy to store, in fact, I hang it on the rod in my closet!

I was experiencing shoulder pain but couldn’t reach the area by the shoulder blade and neck where the pain was centered. I tried the old tennis ball against the wall trick to no avail. This comes in two pieces and is assembled with an included screw and even screwdriver. I was able to apply gentle pressure directly on the spot that hurt. It worked immediately. I’ve also used it for my lower back and sciatica. Its strong enough to apply just the right amount of pressure . The massaging bulbs are comfortable. The handles allow for easy placement from many angles. I hang it in the closet but you could store it in 2 pieces by removing the screw.

This is totally 3D printed and mass sold. That said, it’s cheap plastic and has un-smooth seams that scratch while using. Functionally, it works, but is kind of awkward to handle. I found it easiest to use without clothing, and the targeted area saturated in coconut oil (or any massage oil) to help with friction. There are several knobs on it that I have yet to figure out what the purpose is. It should have come with a diagram or something to refer to for proper use. All in all, it’s better than using a door frame to try and hit spots my hands can’t reach, but it really not worth more than $10.

I was a little hesitant about this product. It works. It’s able to get to and hold all pressure spots. It helps tremendously. Very easy to use. I often just do it in front of tv. I was shocked how it helped my pain I use it daily. Sturdy design

The product is so strong and sturdy. The knobs are perfect. I was on the fence unsure if I should pay more for a different product that had the acorn angled sideways and I was initially worried that the knobs on this had narrow necks in their pics... but once I received the product it was obvious that these are in no way ever going to break. The material is high quality. The package also comes with a really nice screw driver. I was shocked at how nice it is and it just shows me that the seller clearly is making their product choices for pleasing their customers and establishing a quality brand trust. I like to shop around and this was one of the best prices and the quality and function is amazing. I love it.
