    • Missing Gaskets
Aisin is the OEM for Subaru water pumps so I bought their kit. It also claims to include 2 gaskets on the box it only contains the main gasket. They constantly forget to put the foam seal into the kit. When you call AISIN North America they literally want you to leave a VM. You're a giant fortune 500 company and you cant take calls for product support ? Now I get to go to either A. Subaru parts dept or back to shopping online for a part that should of been included. After reviewing other kits that cost much less, I decided to pay a little extra for better quality and parts recommended for my Subaru. After installation, I could immediately feel the difference in performance. This kit comes with very easy to follow instructions that makes installation a breeze. Great kit all components made in japan except belt(usa). Real deal, best price 215. I could find, bought from newparts sent via ups double boxed well packaged. This is for my 2001 outback 2.5 that Amazon said didn’t fit, double checked on Aisin website and as you can see in the third pic the vehicles for the TKF-010 kit. ... show more

    • Spend a little extra for this kit. It’s worth it
I chose the Aisin kit because they supply the oem bearings for the rollers and Tensioner along with an oem belt with timing marks. The original belt rollers and pump lasted 100k I want the replacement to last that long also. The subie guys highly recommend this kit on the forums.
