I was really impressed by this gadget! I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), which can make it difficult for me to stand for extended periods. This seemed like a great option for airports, and I was not disappointed. It's very speedy. 8mph might not sound like much, but when you're perched on a piece of luggage, it's plenty fast. In fact, some users may want to dial down the speed (there are "gear" settings in the app). The battery lasts for quite a while (2 miles according to the specs) and charges in a mere 2 hours. I bought a backup just in case. It doubles as a power bank with a USB connector, which is handy. It's lighter than I expected for something motorized and I have no trouble lifting it into an overhead compartment. I'm 6'1" tall, so I was worried that this might be awkward to ride, but it's surprisingly comfortable. I do wish the footrests were a little wider, but they get the job done. And the automatically deploying handlebars are just too cool. There's a high wow factor here. On the negative side, the handlebars don't lock very tightly, and if you bear down on them too hard, they'll retract just a bit. (Not enough to be dangerous, just startling.) That doesn't affect your ability to steer, though, so it's a minor quibble. The Airwheel beeps loudly when you reverse, like a dump truck. I wasn't crazy about that, but it's a sensible safety feature. Oh, one last word of warning: the box it ships in has absurd anime-styled waifu character riding the Airwheel. It's more than a little cringey. But those are trivial concerns for sure. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase, and I'm looking forward to my next trip to the airport!

Hello, I am writing to inform you how pleased I am with your product which I purchased on Amazon. Let me start off first. This wasn't the first rideable suitcase we purchased on Amazon. There is another brand "Airwheel" that gave us so many problems and it was such a hurdle to get our refund back. I went to Amazon once more this time looking for a rideable suitcase that was made in the USA. The site gave me "Space Suitcases Smart Rideable Suitcase 26L" . I ordered this brand and I'm more than satisfied with it! I was impressed by exactly what the description says, "it's a Lightweight Electric Rideable "Suitcase" has a Digital lock, Waterproof"! That's what you get. I took it back home to Hawaii, it fit perfectly in the overhead of the airplane. I had a lot of heads turn while riding my suitcase to the gate. It's very easy to maneuver, my wife, daughter and my grandkids love riding the Space suitcase around the house. It gives around 5 miles, it's rechargeable. Although I would suggest an extra battery pack if you're out all day and anticipate to use it more than the 5 miles. This can be purchased "directly" from the seller. In closing, this suitcase works for me. Once again, the description of this product is genuine. Purchasing this product was the best thing I did.
