The media could not be loaded. I have had this towable for 3 years now, it has been awesome! Very stable going over waves or wakes. Easily holds three adults. The nylon shell and the inner bladders are very high quality. I don't forsee any problems with this lasting for many years.     • Easy blowup
The media could not be loaded. The tube was easy to fill up and there is also zippers on the sides if the air bladder needs to be replaced. The outside of the tube looks loose but it’s because the outside layer isn’t what’s holding the air. You can see by the video it works great.

    • Water Drainage Issue
Love the quality and look of this tube but it has a water drainage issue. When pulling the tube it will go underneath the water's surface and basically sink the people on it. I can't figure out why this keeps happening.

OMGI love this ride, My grandchildren love it ....We all do. Its VERY sturdy. The tube back holds you up and supports very well. It glides over the water and stays pretty upright unless you go too fast or create a dangerous situation like jumping waves !!! well worth the cost !!

    • Horrible hidden return policy!
Do not buy this product from VM Express! My daughter decided she wanted a different towable so we returned the item within 3 days. I had to pay for the returned shipping and they also charged a 20% restocking fee! All together is cost us over $100 to return the raft. To make thing worse, we bought the second towable through another website... you guessed it, from VM Express. If I had know about their hidden return policy, I would have never purchased anything from them! ... show more

    • Tube leaked & deflated after first use
This tube deflated after one use. My husband fixed that leak after removing the inner tube and locating the leak using soapy water. After the second use it deflated again. We contacted the manufacturer and provided proof of purchase. The manufacturer said we have to provide a picture of where the leak is to replace this expensive defective tube. We might as well fix it again if we go to the trouble of finding another leak. A new tube should not have leaks! ... show more
