I read a previous review that indicated that the pocket ends of these were not as described. We have a deep mattress and a 3 inch topper, making the depth at least 19 inches. The sheets fit over these just fine, I would wish they were a bit softer, but we needed the depth and we are very satisfied at this point. Very happy with these sheets. Fitted sheet was commercial quality with tight, strong fit. Top sheet always seemed a bit short. Not silky soft, if that's what you're looking for. Used nearly continuously for 2 1/2 years, washed weekly. Bottom sheet just wore through, so we're ordering a new set.
