I have always been interested in trying my hand at airbrushing but didn't really want to dive into acquiring a whole bunch of equipment to give it a try. This product seemed to offer a small and relatively hassle free way of getting my feet wet so I thought I would give it a try. I am happy to say that it performed its role of giving me a taste of airbrushing pretty well. It is relatively easy to set up and use and its painting performance is decent. I am definitely a novice when it comes to airbrushing so I can only comment on what I thought about its performance from that perspective. I found that the spray pattern was relatively consistent and predictable. There is a little bit of spatter, but that also seems to be dependent on how thick the paint you've loaded is. The three air speed settings are interesting to have around, but I found myself mostly using the highest speed. I painted one small project with this brush and thought it came out pretty good. Cleanup at first was a little annoying, but only because I didn't know how to do it properly. At first, I emptied the hopper of paint then I just sprayed clean water through until I felt the brush was clean. This works, but it is also absolutely an inefficient way of doing it. If you look through the Q&A section of this product page, the vendor has videos on how you should clean the brush. Long story short: empty the paint hopper, rinse it out, fill it with water, then turn on the motor and plug the tip of the brush with your finger. Pull the paint trigger back and the air will be forced back through the brush and bubble the trapped paint back into the hopper. Way faster! You can also use this trick to distribute the paint thinner better into the paint in the hopper before you start spraying by bubbling air through the mixture to stir it up. One thing to note though is that you cannot use the motor if it is plugged in. There is also no battery meter so you will have to keep in mind how much charge you might have before you start painting. Otherwise, you might get caught in the middle of cleaning your brush and have the motor go dead and risk paint drying in the brush! I think that this is a great value for testing if airbrushing is something you like. This is especially true if you can get the coupon that is on the product at the time of this review.

I used this airbrush machine with fabric paint for shirts and it worked perfect!! unfortunately sometimes the paint can get clogged in the nozzle but a thorough cleaning can fix the issue!
