The media could not be loaded. Had this running for over a week in a room that has multiple animals and high traffic area. Running on the lowest setting produces an annoying sound and found the middle to be quite enough for the area. After a week checked to see how much had been caught in the filter and was shocked to find absolutely nothing. There was little pieces of lint around the device, nothing collected on the exterior holes or in the filter. There was a strong air flow coming out the top, it does appear to be pulling from all 4 sides, just with not much suction to pull in larger particles. Not to say smaller ones are not making it in and being captured by another stage. We did notice a modest improvement in the air quality in the room, didn’t do much for the animals smell, it was enough to help with our allergy sufferers (3 of 5 in the home). That was a big plus. Aside from the noisy first stage fan issue, it appears to be doing the job. ... show more

Honestly, this thing is Amazing! It’s so quiet I often forget it’s in the room. Also it is very effective. It’s really quiet so it doesn’t seem like it’s taking in a lot. However, when I opened it….I was shocked. It works really well with a fraction of all the noise!

I was looking for a small air purifier that didn't break the bank, because we have a tiny amount of radon in our basement. This is perfect, it's simple, basically big enough for the filter and a fan. There's a spot on top to add some essential oil drops to a small felt square (they provided 2). The instructions said there might be a bad smell at first, so I plugged it in my garage first, but there was no smell at all. I've had it running a couple days now on low and it seems to be working just fine. I like that there's a sleep mode, which is basically just a whisper quiet mode, but I don't have to worry about that while it's in my basement. ... show more

Didn’t like that the company didn’t provide one extra courtesy filter. You cannot rinse it. They do not hold up to six months that’s forsure. Used mine for 2 months maybe if that. The machine runs so quietly that you forget it’s there! Even on the highest setting you don’t hear it across the room. We put it in the room where the cats do their business. As you can imagine there is an odor that hangs around. After having this in the room for a month we’ve definitely noticed a decrease in the cat smells.
