I work in a newer apartment complex where everything is new and clean. At least it seems that way. What is hard to notice are all the particulates in the air from living in what was a dusty construction site only months ago. I got this air filter because I was interested but skeptical about what it could do. The model is sleek and neutral. It is not an eyesore at all. It even has a lovely blue light emanating from the bottom making it look a little high-tech. I was intimidated about figuring out how to use it, but I literally had it up and running in a minute. I removed the filter cover, plugged it into my main living area, and let it go. I made sure to place it as instructed with a 15" leeway surrounding it for circulation. That was it. Easy. When I would go to that area, I thought I could smell a light freshness to it. I wondered if it was an old wax melt or something, but it was not a heavy smell. I can't describe it. Then, the next day I had a visitor and I pointed out that I got this new air filtering device, and they said that they actually immediately noticed that the air seemed fresher in here when they arrived. I got this air purifier for my personal use. The air purifier came with filter that I needed to install but it was very easy to do that. This is a small size humidifier but yet very powerful. The humidifier have low or high levels. The low level is very quiet but the high is loud until you get used to it. It have settings where you can decide if you want it to work u til you turn it off or you can put it for 1 hour or 4 hours or 8 hours and it will turn off alone. So like many our dogs sleep in our room at night. I decided I wanted to keep the air in the room a little cleaner for us to breathe while sleeping. This machine so far is amazing! it comes already assembled and ready to go. I leave it on all day and night and the air smells so much cleaner and fresh. It has many options as far as time settings, speeds and also sleep mode with LED soft blue light. During day operation its noise level is about what you would expect from an air filter machine. At night it would be to loud to sleep, so the sleep mode or even as I use at night the Low speed. The low speed and sleep mode drops the motor down to such a quiet speed, you cant hear it at all. You can set the timer so it will shut off while you're asleep. It has a huge filter that would have to be replaced in time of course. Great product I use it everyday! ... show more

I use this air purifier in a very humid apartment after adding some dehumidifier it somehow still felt a bit heavy . After using this air purifier I could tell u that the air feels less heavy . I love the LED light feature on it , it creates a nice ambiance in my room . The low and sleep setting are pretty quiet but the high one could be a bit noisy ... show more

This works great, but it’s super loud when it’s on high! Be sure that you decibel levels to ensure that it’s not too loud for your home. It’s fine when it’s on low. You can barely hear it, but I doubt that it’s really cleaning the air as well as it should be. I can’t speak to the longevity of the unit, but everything about it seems to be high-quality. ... show more
