Bought this open boxed for 29$ was an absolute steal. Opened it and it was still as if it was brand new. We hooked it up in the kitchen and used it the same night. The inside light and touch controls make it feel like a thousand dollar machine. Super happy with it and have no complaints as of now.

I put tin foil over bottom tray for easy cleaning, just like oven , easy temp controls and timer , did I say Great Price.

    • Not a basket Air Fryer but great
I wondered if I was missing something by not getting an Air Fryer without a basket. I don't miss the basket. I have a little shelf that looks like a basket but flat. It also has a flat shelf. It does anything that I have asked it to do. My husband makes fish patties out of Norther Pike. I took half and he did half on the grill with olive oil. Mine were just as good as his with much less work. I spray with olive oil so they get just as crisp. I also make crispy chicken fingers in there that are wonder. I love it for brownies. I purchased this oven less than a year ago. A few days ago it stopped working. Won’t turn on. I purchased the insurance and they refused to pay claim because I have not had it a year. Contacted customer service and they told me to reach out to the seller and gave me an email. I did that and got a response that they were forwarding it to another department and never heard anything else about it despite my continuous attempts. While it lasted it was okay, a little small, but worked well. I definitely would not recommend this product, this seller or the insurance they offer that doesn’t pay claims. ... show more

    • Inconvenient, hard to clean, malfunctions
Hard to remove food after is cooked, liable for damage to your surface and floors due to the sliding trays and weight of food. Not as big as 13qt’s. Occupied volume is compromised by trays. Volume is properly measured from bottom to top and all around, adding trays in it compromises volume. Last but not least, it drips grease from the door. I’d stay away from this product. ... show more

This is a great little oven. Big enough for multiple things. Our first one did break BUT customer service was wonderful and sent us a brand new one free of cost. We are happy with it. It’s very convenient, especially with children who like quick snacks like nuggets, fries, pizza rolls. Easy to clean. We literally use this every day. My husband uses it at lunch to make his sausage for sausage dogs, I use it to make chicken for lunch also. At night I make dinner for 3 every night(chicken, pork chops, steaks, fish fillets). I've fit up to 4 10oz. NY strips in here at once. I seriously love this thing. Had it for about 3 months now and it's working just as good as day one. Only thing I use on my stove anymore is the burners on top now. ... show more
