So I purchased this for the arrival of my unborn son and the delivery was quick. The lounger is amazing quality however the pillow that came with it was not the right print/pattern to match the cover. I emailed the company explaining to them my dilemma and within 30 minutes someone emailed me back, apologizing and requesting my order number so that they could give me a full refund, send me another lounger AND they said that there was no need to send the lounger that I already have back. That’s amazing customer service. Will be buying from them again and recommending to friends.
