I'm finally getting to use my items after 3 weeks of purchase. 3 out of 4 of my tumblers sound like there's something loose inside. Looks like the valve is blown. Will no longer keep drinks hot or cold. Complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY!!!

I was very impressed with how my first custom tumbler turned out! i accidentally scorched the sublimation paper in the process of making it. Not any fault with the tumbler itself, that was my fault. I didn't use the shrink wrap with my mug press so im not sure if that was why the paper scorched, the craft paper i wrapped it ith also scorched so i believe that was just due to how hot my press got. It did not affect the quality of the design at all. It still turned out perfect. No weird smells were left after the stinky scorched sublimation paper incident. I will definitely purchase more!!! I do wish the tumblers were a little more thickly lined inside just to give my customers confidence it will keep their drinks hotter/colder longer. I have not personally tested that out. Looking back it does not advertise it comes with straws which is my fault for not double checking because I have ordered many of these that are very similar which came with straws so I assumed they would, which they should and why I am giving three straws. The media could not be loaded. I think they sublimate well. They seem a little thin compared to pnes you get at the store, solid color etc. These are the first two I did, ever. Used a toaster over, I think they come out well. The shrink wrap rips with the heat and I thought it wouldn't sublimate in those places, I was wrong. I love that you can put anything on them to personalize. I took a picture of my friends hot air balloon years ago, put it on the tumbler. It was a hit!! My dad passed in Feb 2021, my son designed what he wanted and its now on a cup he always takes with him 💙 Ordered then tappered shape since. ... show more

These are NOT sublimation tumblers. The ink will not transfer. Seller is misleading buyers by stating that these are for sublimation. I would not buy these if you plan to use them for sublimation.
