  • As expected
Size: 54 mm
Good quality product. Thickness is just right. Water go through without problem and is still one piece after use. They are actually circles and are close fit to the top of the IMS 54 mm basket. The 400 filter paper are packaged into 4 small bag that I have just the perfect holder for. I am glad that I purchased this product instead of competitive. ... show more

  • No milky residue, work great for keeping your shower head clean!
Size: 54 mm
Contrary to another reviewer, I did not find these leave any milky residue, don't worry about that. These work great for keeping your shower head clean, won't go back to puck screens after using these! The 54mm size is a perfect fit for my stock 54mm Breville portafilter basket. If you plan to put them on the bottom of your basket get a smaller size, the size is accurate for the top of your basket. ... show more

  • Nice filters, bad description
Size: 54 mm
The description should warn you that these filters only fit on TOP of the puck. Way too large for the bottom. Not sure who uses them on top. As far as I can tell, paper filters belong on the bottom. On top you'd use a steel shower screen.

  • Basket Sizes Are Strange, But These Work Really Well
Size: 51 mm
There's a warning on the item page that the sizes for baskets are going to be different than these. They weren't kidding. I have three different 51mm baskets and they are all slightly different. On is perfectly sized, the one at home is slightly smaller than 51mm and another is also slightly off. However, the size being off doesn't seem to change how well they work or the flavor at all. I've bought another box because I'm running out and they work so well ... show more

  • Wrong size, my fault
Size: 54 mm
I guessed and bought the wrong size, now I trim every time I want an espresso. They work really well even though I messed up

  • These work!
Size: 54 mm
I have a basic Saeco expresso machine (no flow, temperature or pressure control). All I control is the preparation of the puck (choice of beans, grind, distribution and tamp). These filters have improved the quality of my espresso shots. I use a bottomless portafilter, placing a filter at the bottom (considering getting a smaller size for the bottom) and one on top. Definitely worth it! ... show more

  • Milky Porta Paper
Size: 58 mm
I was looking forward to trying these. In the end, they are not that good. There are two reasons: 1) The size is about 0.090 larger than my 22g VST baskets. It is not insurmountable. I just shift them around to get them centered. 2) More importantly, these produce a white milky substance. So I rinse them completely with ~203 df water from my group head. It takes a good amount of rinsing to get them clean. I cannot detect any additional tastes after a thorough rinsing or in my espresso. In the end, I searched and found a better product from Good Brothers Coffee. These fit and are clean. GBC cuts them from white Chemex filter paper. These work wonderfully. ... show more
