I like the look of this thing, I like that it has a little section for the things I want to store a little more vertically, and I like the drying stone feature. The two main reasons I got this was (1) for the side section that allows me to store my scrubbers upright and take up less space and look less messy; and (2) the whole unit is up off the counter a bit, so not constantly sitting in a puddle by the sink. What I was replacing was a rubber tray, which was nice enough, but since it sat directly on the counter and wetness happens, it would get kind of gross under it so I always had to put a paper towel in between, and it just didn't look as nice. I will say the stone was hard to get into the place where it sits. I think the unit was slightly out of square, so I had to shove a bit to get the stone in place, but ultimately it worked. I initially thought that this caddy looked overly basic, cheap, with minimal usability. However, I found it to be the most helpful and efficient kitchen caddy of the several I have tried. The "Fast-Drying Diatomite Board" is my favorite surprising feature. It absorbs water quickly and completely. The first time I spilled water on it, it looked like I had created a permanent stain on the seemingly cheap surface. But the water was quickly absorbed, and the "stain" completely disappeared. The board absorbs water so well that water never escapes to drip onto the counter. There is never any leakage drip to clean up-ever. And the small basket provides perfect storage for me. For me, extra room in a shower organizer just encourages me to fill it up with things that will probably go to waste and wind up in the trash. This AIDILI Kitchen Sink Caddy Organizer with Instant Drying Stone is a perfect solution in my guest bathroom. The diatomaceous earth drying stone is large enough to hold shampoo and body wash, and the small cage at one end currently holds a ladies razor in one compartment and a couple of bath bombs in the other. We have a very wide “window seat” in that bathtub alcove that can mysteriously grow a collection of shower products, so the limited size of this caddy is perfect to prevent that, and the drying stone absorbs any moisture from the bottles and I don’t wind up with soapy or slimy rings on the tile. This organizer arrived very promptly and was packaged well. None of the parts were damaged. I love drying stones - we have two stone bath mats, a stone for dish draining/drying, and drying stones on our kitchen and powder room sinks. All of those came with a small circle of sandpaper to buff out surface marks or to help rejuvenate the drying surface. However, this mfr didn’t include sandpaper with this caddy, so if this is your first such product, I’d recommend keeping some sandpaper (I use 240 grit) handy to buff out surface marks, stains or to refresh the drying capability of the stone. The instructions for this product don’t say this, but go ahead and rinse the existing surface dust off the stone before you install it in the caddy. Also, be aware of anything you put on the stone that may stain it. Surface dirt and dust can be washed away or sanded down, but if something contacts the stone that will soak into it, you may be living with that stain unless you catch it early. I’ve had good luck buffing out surface stains with sandpaper, so just keep an eye on it. Some other things to be aware of to get the best performance from your drying stones (based on recommendations from other mfrs): keep the stone out of direct sunlight, don’t expose the stone to high heat, and at least once a week, prop your stone up on one edge (so both sides get exposed to circulating air) and allow your stone to dry completely. About this particular product: the stone was a particularly tight fit, and I would have preferred it to simply rest in the caddy. I needed to buff out a stain by sanding the stone and didn’t want to accidentally scratch the metal parts of the caddy, but when I pushed the stone from underneath, one corner caught on the edge of the caddy and looked frayed when it came out. That doesn’t impact the functionality or installed appearance of this stone at all, so I didn’t deduct any stars but I wanted to provide rationale for my preference. In one of the pictures, I am pointing to what looks like a long scratch on the surface of the stone. It looks like something that might have occurred during manufacturing. Again, this doesn’t impact the functionality at all, but I wanted to show the “before” because I was able to buff that scratch out when I was sanding away the surface stain. Sandpaper really is your friend with these drying stones - it keeps them looking and working great. The measurements provided in the listing are accurate, and matched what I needed for my application. The drying stone I have on my kitchen sink measures very close to this caddy, so I’d be comfortable recommending this for a kitchen application, which is what it is advertised for anyway. If you are looking for another drying stone, or if this is your first, I would recommend this product. The price point in relation to its value, appearance, and durability is quite good. This kitchen sink caddy is surprisingly helpful. I got it because my husband was tired of having the dish soap or the hand soap fall into the sink (our kitchen sink doesn't have much room around the faucet). I didn't think this would be that much better, but it couldn't hurt to try it out. The caddy is actually great! The little cage at the back helps the dish sponge dry out much faster than it used to, so it stays fresher for a lot longer, and the water bottle brush stands upright and doesn't get in the way. The absorbent stone base dries out really fast and doesn't drip onto the counter, and it has room to comfortably fit even large bottles of dish soap and hand soap. It has definitely helped our sink area stay cleaner and more organized. ... show more

This caddy has helped with the clutter around my sink much better than the silicone mat I had. The stone pad is big enough for my hand soap, the big bottle of Palmolive and Dawn Powerwash. The "caddy" part is nice for my brushes, I had hoped that it would be taller so my brushes wouldn't fall out or lean and knock over my soaps. So far I've really liked that the stone has helped keep the counter dryer than the silicone mats which trapped the water and has caused the caulking to separate from the counter and backsplash. And I haven't noticed any rust on the caddy so far. I'm pleased with the product, just wish the holder was taller for my brushes, no other complaints thus far. ... show more
