I recently got the DIIKEN JCRing Smart Ring Fitness Tracker, and I have to say, it’s pretty cool! I’m not a tech expert, but I found it easy to use and quite helpful. The ring looks great and feels light. I barely notice I’m wearing it, which is nice because I can wear it all day without any discomfort. The size 11 fit me perfectly. It tracks steps, heart rate, and even body temperature. I compared it with my phone's tracker, and it seems accurate so far. The sleep tracking is really neat. It shows how much deep and light sleep I get, and grades the sleep from 0-100 which I found interesting. The battery lasts a few days, which is decent, and the charging case is small and handy. The media could not be loaded. It works so well. The app is so well made. It’s comfortable and easy to wear. It was tighter than the size but I didn’t measure based on their size I ordered it based on standard ring sizing so I had to wear it on a different ring than intended. So I suggest measuring your finger and use their chart to choose your size. I would have put a 5⭐️but the pretty gold color is wearing off and I’ve only had it for two weeks. 😭

Great battery life, charge once a week on Sundays for 2 hours. Easily worn and never gets in the way and comfortable. No issues syncing data and seems acurate- it's our first time of such a device. Sleep data matches my CPAP except if I'm up early and just chilling on the couch before work, then it records as light sleep. Heartrate is accurate as well as o2 levels as measured against another device. We are 60 and have started regular exercise again and it seems accurate for steps while doing that. Questionable for daily totals of steps as days I work from home, it's generous IMO. Highly recommend the sizing kit before buying, which we did and had no surprises on that front. I would highly recommend as a lower cost unit and first try at it's use.

My first disappointment was that the ring shipped was the 2301A model. On the direct JCRING website, they list the 2301B model, which includes the blood glucose monitoring feature. This was not a big deal since I'm not diabetic, but it is also 60 dollars cheaper directly from their website. I went with Amazon still because of customer support, and it was also on sale, bringing the price down from normal. Once I got it out of the box and the app downloaded, I went through the initial setup and had some trouble connecting. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, location, and permissions were all set up with whatever it wanted. The app still had to search several times before finally locating the ring to add. Once added, I set up the basic personal settings and just wore the ring for a while. I opened the app a few times to check in on how monitoring was going and every time you open the app, it needs to reconnect. This is incredibly hit or miss, leaning heavily toward the miss side. If the ring doesn't connect, it doesn't sync the data and is basically useless. This morning, it connected once, synced sleep data, and then never again despite having tried many times. I even unpaired and tried to pair it again. I submitted a support ticket and will update if anything new happens. I can't comment on the tracking features because I've spent more time fighting to get it to connect than have seen any actual data coming from it.
