This tracker sucks the battery only last like 3 days it never updates pets location it always is offline it shouldn't need cellphone service for it to work if it is supposed to be connected to your phone it is honestly a waste of money!

Took a little to figure it out. Has what is called An invisible fence that doesn't work very will in homes that are close together.But it does track dog good. Haven't had to use in a real scenario. But walking my dog and it works well.
