The assembly instructions were not the easiest to understand and the font was so tiny I had to take pictures on my phone and zoom in to read them. I actually put one panel on backwards but it was the one you attach the magazine holder to which I chose not to use because it’s fabric and doesn’t look right on a piece of furniture. Bought this table for my living room because I wanted a top that came up to eat at. It arrived in a timely manner and with all parts and no broken bits, and was fairly easy to put together. Only downfall of assembly was that 2 of the holes were not factory pre-drilled and we had to pre drill the holes high caused a little cracking on the inside of the table. Also the table material is really shiny which is great for clean up but at the same time it makes it look cheap. And, from the online pic it looked a little more refined but what’s in my living room looks more like a dorm room coffee table. It’ll serve it’s purpose but it won’t be a permanent fixture for long. Sturdiness= 8/10. Style= 6/10 Ease of Assembly 9/10. Storage space= 8/10 Lift up tabletop 7/10 (sit’s a little crooked and you have to grab each side of the table ( left and right) to pull it forward, can’t just grab it in the middle. Also the right side spring is way tighter than the left. These are things that cannot be adjusted) ... show more

    • The worst table you will ever own
Color: Black
The instructions state to put screws in loosely before completing the assembly. It claims it'll make it easier to assemble. The real reason is because the guides on this thing are jacked up. The moving mechanism is complete junk. So don't bother with it. Instead, build everything else, skipping the moving parts. Then just use the moving surface as a piece of cardboard. As in you just remove the entire thing and replace it as needed. No mechanism involved. They're nearly indistinguishable. One good thing is that the base is square, the table doesn't wobble. Everything else doesn't really line up though. And if you try to make adjustments you'll realize you're digging into sawdust, so once it's done it's done. I tried to fix it with washers from old cars I've worked on, but nope. The moving mechanism literally fell apart. Like, entirely. I can literally pull on it and all of the screws fall off. Do yourself a favor and bite into a prickly cactus instead. You'll end up with a far better experience in the long run. I take back the cactus part. As much as this table sucks it does indeed table. So there's that. ... show more

Easy to put together, but what ever material they used for the the wrap is easily scuffed. Already have some significant marks on it from just having a plate fall on it just by a little miss grab. Other than that it's sturdy and can fit all my extra knick knacks inside.
