We are very pleased with this closet system. It looks beautiful has plenty of storage and is very sturdy. The finish is good and it is well engineered. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Since my space was small with a narrow 24” door the corner unit needed to be partially disabled before installing. Not enough room to assemble in place. Think about this before you get too far along. My wife loves it!

This is a great closet system. Definitely an upgrade from just fiberboard. Lots of pieces but looks beautiful put together. Very sturdy and lots of options to fit multiple sized spaces.

Bought two different sizes of this system. We're very happy and organized now with the purchases. Each system came in 3 very heavy boxes for a total of 6. We received in 2 shipments, but the 1st included only 5 boxes. Consequently, we were concerned a box was missing. It was difficult (impossible) to match the box numbers with any order or other numbers. I reached out to the vendor and they were very responsive in 1) letting me know the status of the 6th box and 2) explaining the box numbers and which system they went with. I can't lie, the hauling and assembly was a 2-person job and took 2 days! Assembly wasn't difficult, just a lot of pieces. Make sure you measure your space and design more than once to ensure fit. Measurements as described were accurate. Quality is fine and expected for the price point. We had shopped and received a very similar design quote from a large, popular store/closet system and this was less than half the quoted price! So we're good!!! As another reviewer(s) mentioned, the hanging section at the bottom right (?) section of the system isn't as useful as it could/should be and is very short for just about anything but children's clothes. We worked around it by doubling over pants on hangers so they would fit. Hence, the 4-star rather than 5-star rating. Drawer sizes and cubes were as described and exoected. Kudos to vendor customer service.

The closet is aesthetically pleasing and looks wonderful in the room. I opted for the full-drawer version, which works well, though I do find myself wishing they were slightly deeper. It is worth noting that if you choose the model with the side shelving, the drawer capacity decreases. Since it doesn’t quite fit my entire wardrobe and we still need a solution for my husband, I plan on purchasing more. A word of advice: assembly is time-consuming. It took my husband several hours to complete the three-unit set, so I highly recommend having a partner to speed up the process.

Absolutely love the quality and look of this closet organizer! Only issue we had was one of the shelves was slightly chipped and we tried to contact customer service. Even though I sent a photo they responded asking which letter piece it was. It was hard to explain which letter but did the best we could but they never got back to us or sent us a new shelf piece. Overall we absolutely love the pieces and they look so nice. Customer service made me give a 4

I've been wanting an organized closet for years. Having one custom-made was going to cost anywhere from $5,500-$7,000, and that was more than I could afford. So I ordered this system in the White Oak finished (it looks so upscale). I have a total of 6 pieces. The pieces are sturdy and come with pilot holes pre-drilled. It even comes complete with the safety anti-tip anchors to secure them to the wall. I'm visually impaired, so I hired someone to assemble and install my closet system. He said that "is a tedious process, but excited about the outcome." It took him about 9 hours to assemble and install. I'm only out of pocket for about $2,000 for the pieces and labor, and I have a beautiful closet. I took it a step further to achieve the built-in look. I also purchased "white oak" wallpaper/contact paper that i put on the wall. I love the result. Most people have commented "nice craftsmanship" thinking my "contractor" custom built them. My closet is 119" on the long wall and 65" on each of the side walls. So, of course, there is no perfect fit for those dimensions. And i have about a 3.5" gap on the long wall. However, I purchased some slide out hooks that can be used to hang belts, ties, scarves, and hats on. I also purchased the bins on top from the dollar tree to hide that gap. Plus, the bins serve as additional storage. All of them are being used. I can't begin to tell you how much I love it. If you are considering the purchase. Take the leap. The end product is so worth it!
