Just buy this!!! Everything about this kit was perfect. Easy to use, easy setup. Includes safety wires in case they loosen or jarred loose. And steel magnet mount plates and screws for adding to wood surface. The base kit is all you really need in one shot. Backup lights?!?!?! That was actually a customer appeal point for me. Bright white LED backup lights row!!! I just need a wireless backup cam to go with this now. You will only need minutes of reading a manual or watching a vid to learn how to setup. I used manual only and it was minutes. Fit and finish is clean, professional, and no gimmicks. Brake and turn signal lights and a set of clear white backup lights is what I wanted and this delivers that. Clean square design that feels solid and strong and smooth corners, no sharp edges. The build of the product and its case and all accessories are all solidly made and function perfectly. Not one fragile item in the kit. While it takes time to mount and put away, if your trailer is used a lot in rough work and conditions that can destroys lights or wiring, then this kit is for you. Just get a huge box of cheap long zip ties for “safety loop” convenience/speed. And then you can have lights that protectable by removing from situations that wreck wiring and lights. My light destroyer culprit is mass brush removal - logs, limbs, brush, or environment that always seems to destroy my wires and lights. And the lights cost as much as this kit, and wiring is a TON IF EFFORT to do.

Love the lights. Had difficulty in the beginning getting the transmitter to sync to the LEDs. They have a lot of videos and one showed you just need to bend the metal ends inside the receiver where the transmitter connects to make sure it gets power. BOOM! Worked great. I was able to tow my trailer 30 miles to the repair show and have brakes and turn signals. Love the tie cable and magnet system. Already lost a little screw for the tie cable but that's ok.

bought for my husbands trailer and so far they have worked great, he was worried about losing one while hauling so he does tie them onto the ramps of the trailer just for added security, but run time i think far beats what the description says, he has left them on for 3-5 days and they still have life left in them before being charged

These things work great. I didn't have a whole lot of faith in their longevity or quality judging by the price. I was pleasantly surprised. You plug the sending unit in your vehicle, turn the lights on, turn on the turn signals to figure out which is right and which is left. The magnets are really strong. I placed them on upright square tubing that was smaller than the circumference of the magnets and they weren't about to let go. And the battery life is excellent. Couldn't be happier.

This product works very well. They are bright and work flawlessly. I have noticed that others have mentioned that the magnets are not that strong. I have used them 4 times, so far. The trip was a little over 2 hours each time and they never fell off. I did use the cables that they come with just in case the magnets didn't hold tho, but they stayed on the whole time. So, my experience, they are a great product for the price.

Great product ! I drove 500 miles (about 7 1/2 hours ) with my headlights n running lights on the whole way without any issues and I still had 25% of the battery left . On my way back ( another 500 miles ) one of the magnetic lights did fall off after I hit a major bump in the road. Fortunately I reads reviews on it and a guy said to use zip ties to secure them as a safety measure vs the cables supplied. I stopped at the next exit once I notice the light popped off my fender and just put it back on and had no trouble the rest of the way. It was very noticeable how other vehicles stayed back when I started to brake or came to a stop . Without the lights my small aluminum trailer only have brake lights in the rear of the trailer under my trailer ramp and it can be hard to see in a semi or big truck. Putting these lights on my fenders made me feel safer and more noticeable in traffic conditions and at night. I would definitely recommend them.

These work as described. The magnet though strong will still allow the lights to fall off, thank goodness for the cable tether. Both of mine feel off the fender when the trailer was empty and headed home. But I’ll be able to find a fix I’m sure. Yes I would still recommend these over rewiring the light on your trailer.
