I really don't know why we waited so long to get this! We live in the woods and smoke cigarettes in our home. I cleaned 3x a day to try and keep up with the cigarettes and musty odors in our old house-- not to mention the stinky dogs and boot odor! When we started using this, I cleaned the house entirely and turned it on and couldn't believe how fresh the air stayed with 3 people smoking!! Now, I don't have to clean until the floors actually LOOK like they need cleaned! There is no longer a lingering musty smell in my house and it knocks out any odor from the dogs, their beds, and even the boots! I save so much money on cleaning supplies and sprays now! Im sure it has paid for itself already. It has so many different functions and abilities that I probably haven't figured out yet, so it's probably even better than I even know. We've had it for months and I figured I would need a filter monthly because of the smells, but it's still going strong! I am going to order the washable pet filter next and see if it works just as well. I originally ordered this because I have an auto immune disease and am always getting sick. I also have allergies and 3 dogs. Every morning I would wake up with a "full head". Knock on wood, I haven't had as many sinus issues and have yet to catch anything close to a cold! It also helps when we run the wood burner as well because that causes my allergies to flare, too. My step son also has the worst allergies I've ever witnessed in my life and he can now come and stay with minimal issues. Let's face it, with 3 dogs, 2 dirty men, teenagers, cigarettes, a damp basement, etc... I didn't have much hope, but this machine has changed our lives. Most people can't even tell we smoke in here at all, as long as I change my curtains reguarly and do some light cleaning on the walls monthly. Please, do not hesitate on making the investment for this air purifier! I haven't owned another to compare it to, but it seems quiet compared to some I've visited at friends and family's houses and really easy to take care of and use. Also, it's pretty nice and fancy to use an app to check the air quality, too. We currently live in a large house that has a lot of rooms and I would say it takes care of about half of it. If you have an open-concept, I would say it would do a much larger area, probably well up to 1000 square feet or more. Got this a gift for some one close, and they use this all the time, works amazingly, not super loud even on its high setting very much like white noise, can immediately tell the difference in the air when running this, great value, works as intended, no issues, filter is easy to replace, great size and purification per volume of air is great ! I just got mine delivered yesterday. So far I'm liking it. I initially installed the Afloia app but then I set it up with the Smart Life app which I already use with all my other smart devices. Same functions and controls are available that are in the Afloia app. Also, neither app lets me change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit. The low and mid settings are both quiet enough for my living room to where I do not have to raise the tv volume up. High setting is still quiet enough, but noticeable in the background when watching TV. It does work with Google Home, with the noticeable differences being you can not see the filter status, or control the light functions in the Google home app. I'm a little disappointed that as soon as I bought it, it went on sale through amazon prime for 40 dollars less. I would have purchased the more aesthetically pleasing black one if it did not cost more than the white one. Just a personal issue for me is finding a proper place in my living room to set it since it ideally should be able to pull in air from a 360 degree aspect. Really can't put it up against a wall and get the full effect of it. I'll consider getting another one once I see how well this one operates over the next few weeks. ... show more

Overall, I am super happy with this product. It does the job and I am even more impressed with how you can control it with your phone. I have it set to run 9-5 so that when I come home the house is fresh! I haven’t tried the pet filter with it yet, but I am excited to see if I notice a difference.
