No problems here, even came with its own little box. If I were to change anything, it would be my choice to try a screw on backing. It requires a little more coordination than I have left in me! And, as I've come to realize, if I had thread the back on far enough to feel safe about it not falling out, it pulls the stud right into my earlobe! And no, I don't have big fat handbag earlobes. I un-thread the back a little bit & sure enough, a week or so later, I realized that the back was gone, but the stud was somehow still there! I instead bought a variety size pack of regular earring backs (from Amazon). Problem solved, and I'm not out the $40 !! ... show more

I have to edit this review - Yes this is really small as stated in the description, sparkles like crazy and is beautiful BUT The fact that it is has a threaded post should be an added plus. It is NOT as I lost the backing on one I purchased but was lucky the earring was still in. Ordered another one and lost the entire earring while wearing.
