To connect the Air purifier to you app to will need to have a dual band router. It's impossible to connect to the auto switch router as the air purifier or app doesn't pick the 2.4ghz automatically. The app is not up to date with the technology as other items/devices are easily recognizing the 2.4ghz frequency when I connect to app. I tried both Tuya and Smart Life apps and neither work well. I finally got the app to work and recognize 2.4ghz after Steering to my device but Google home is now not recognizing Smart Life even though its part of their long list of apps they support. Therefore I believe the device is faulty and deserves an upgrade. Acekool, you know that you can do this by way of a push allowing you customers who have purchased your devices to perform a remote factory update. Let's see if there is any attempt to make good by your brand. The air purifier has otherwise all the features mentioned but now I did look specifically for what you wrongfully advertised as a smart air purifier which given the old or faulty technology does not make it a smart device. ... show more

The air cleaner makes noise, so I assume it's working, but it does not work with Alexa as advertised. Scheduled on/off doesn't seem to work through their app either. I've emailed support three times with no response. So if Alexa doesn't work as advertised, is there no HEPA filter? What else might they not be advertising in truth? ... show more

I usually read the view before purchasing. The product qork but the filter light came on and I tried to find a replacement filter, there is no where to purchase one that is compatible so now I just have a machine that is just sitting there.

Device manufactured by the Chinese company Haike under several names: Acekool, Hufy and a few others. This air purifier has been sold on Amazon MONTHS after no air filters where available for purchase on multiple different Amazon country sites, AND there no generic or similar dimensioned filters available either...ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! Acekool website shows no air filters available too and if you contact Acekool support they will promise a list of places where you can get filters, but they never send the list, probably because they can't find any. The history for this product's prices is anywhere from $39 (they are trying to sell the remaining items) to $299 (if one was foolish enough to buy) ... show more
