The reviews thus far are pretty accurate. This costume worked great for a ridiculous movie I was making. The face has a great look to it, you can see out of it just fine and the eye holes aren't too big where you see much of the person inside of it. I am 6' 3" 220lbs and it fit me just right. Not tight or anything, pretty comfortable. The feet look great too, slip some sandals inside each foot then put your foot in and it works great! You can not fit a shoe inside the feet, well not easily anyways. Costume does get a lil warm but what do you expect for a suit made of fur. I'm sure Bigfoot is warm all the time. The front is open with a tie at the very top. To keep it from flashing open you may want to Velcro or use some clothes pins inside to keep it closed. I managed to get a bunch of stickers and annoying weeds stuck to it from romping through the woods but that's on me. It looks pretty legit now considering where this dude lives. Overall I was very happy with this costume and would recommend it to anyone looking to scare some kids or get a laugh! I would not wear it during hunting season though, it's pretty convincing....all it takes is one backwoods hill billy looking to be famous for bagging a Sasquatch Lol. ... show more

I’m a pretty big guy and the plus size fits really well. The quality is pretty good for the price and the costume has gotten a lot of compliments. The hands get pretty sweaty but that’s to be expected. All in all glad I bought it and would buy again.

    • Great costume, but a little warm and short

This costume was a hit last year around Halloween, and I just stumbled across the mask, and realized I never submitted a review. To get an idea of my size, I am 6'1, and weight about 250 lbs. Like other reviewers mentions, the length on the legs was a bit short. I had to get creative with a trip to the fabric store to add about 6" to get a length that I felt comfortable with. I also had issues with the back, where the top part of the costume ties together around the neck. Since I was already adding fabric to the legs, we added a little to the back as well. This made the costume fit much better, I only wish the fabric I purchased was a closer match to the costume. Now for the mask. I am not a fan of breathing into a mask all night. Luckily I have a beard, and chose to cut out the bottom jaw of the mask to allow for eating/ drinking without the need to take the mask off. In the dark, it was really hard to tell I even did this. Some brown makeup, lots of blood, and some grease pencil on my teeth helped. I had no issues with the feet or hands. I was able to slide my size 13 shoe in the foot without an issue, and it actually filled the foot out rather nicely. The gloves were warm, and I probably lost a few ounces of sweat in the gloves, but it was bearable. Overall, I was very impressed for the price. I took a star off sue to the fit issues, but this is not a big and tall costume. The body of the costume did shed a lot as well. The media could not be loaded. Fits perfect and I am 6' 3" tall, 195 lbs. Glad I read the reviews and bought this plus size. The chest area has a lot of room and I found that if I wear a life jacket underneath, it fills the chest area and makes me appear larger, just like the "real" Bigfoot. I am not a fan of the string-tie back, which leaves the entire back open. It should be a strip of velcro that runs the entire opening on the back. Maybe that is something I can modify myself. The mask is slightly disfigured from being squished in the packaging for a long time. Included instructions say to heat it up with a hair dryer and it should return to it's original shape. I tried it but probably not for long enough since it didn't work. I'll have to try it again. My shoe size is 11.5 and was unable to wear shoes with the costume's feet because the opening of the foot is somewhat small. The good thing is that it does help keep the feet from falling off. I read some other reviews that some people wore slippers or crocs. I just walked around town on Halloween with socks inside the big feet and it wasn't that bad. Last point, be gentle when handling the costume as some of the hair does tend to fall out easily, especially if it's pulled on. All in all, the costume is fantastic. This item was returned within an hour after receiving. It shed everywhere as soon as I opened box. I could never get past the smell either. Do not purchase this it is not worth $10 yet they ask $80 plus!!
