The only thing that sucks is that our Japanese Spitz sleeps above us on the european pillows and his nails have snagged one of them already but that's nothing to do with the quality - just make sure you don't have anything sharp around that could snag yours. Defs worth the money (they are the cheapest I have found and I live in NZ). They have a zip, and the material feels super light weight but sooo soft, you won't regret.

I finally got a silk pillowcase, and I love it. I bought the standard size because I have an oddly shaped pillow for neck issues; it takes a little tugging to get it to zip shut, but there’s a lot of extra fabric in the width of it. I would definitely not call this wrinkle free. I hand wash it with Woolight in my bathroom sink, gently scrubbing the detergent into the fabric, let it sit in the cold soapy water for about 30-45 minutes, then rinse until suds free (no twisting/wringing). Then I place it between 2 towels, which I roll and gently squeeze to get access moisture out, then I remove from the towel and hang to air dry. There are always wrinkles when it’s dried. I bought this in both the Light Green and Violet colors; I originally just bought the light green, but then realized it would be better to have two that I could rotate between, so bought a second one in Violet. Note that if you’re buying a brighter or darker color, you’re probably going to have a lot of dye bleed when you wash it. I did not get any from the light green one, which has been washed about 6-7 times now. The violet one, which has now been washed 3-4 times, has a lot of dye bleed every single time I wash it. I keep thinking that I got it all out, then the next time I wash it, there’s more. So if that’s a dealbreaker for you, go with a lighter color.

Wow... Love,love these silk pillowcases. Sadly I returned the last one's I ordered due to quality and lack of softness. Purchased 2 of these and wow these are high quality,soft and feel cooler at night,not to mention wrinkle free ounce washed. Zippers are high quality and over all 5 stars!! Paid slightly more but worth it. So far these are by far my favorite. Color is also very rich looking. If you are thinking of trying silk pillowcases please try these for a positive experience with no regrets.

I really like the silk pillowcases. They seem high quality and I like the zippers. One zipper was hard open the first time, but then it was fine. Note not to put them in the dryer. A good purchase.
