I bought this violin for my daughter for her birthday and I had bought it early and put it back for her. Her birthday was 1 day after the return window so I'm not able to return it so money wasted. The violin doesn't work, the only way it will make any sound is if you press really hard, therefore, shredding the bow. Even then, it doesn't sound right. It was nice that it came with all the accessories but what good is it if she can't even play it. It was a waste of money and I had an upset child on her birthday because the violin doesn't work.

Quality is excellent for price. Love the color! Did have some cosmetic imperfections towards the scroll. Upgraded the strings and shoulder rest. Bow is of better quality but purchase small bow as seen in picture. Over all good sound quality. Reason for purchase wanted a backpack fiddle. Advanced Adult Fiddle Player

The tuning pegs got lose with the A string so it cannot hold its tuning. Appreciate all the amenities, stand, tuner, etc. the shoulder rest that was included was no good. Had to buy another one. A little disappointed with the quality but it’s less than $100. What can you do?

We homeschool and she really wants to learn. We will be looking into classes for her. The product is made well but I have no knowledge of how violins are made. It was packaged well and nothing was broken on arrival. Overall very satisfied with it. It is great for beginners but does not come with ANY instructions. She looked up YouTube videos how to put together the attachment piece for the shoulder. No big deal to us as we eventually figured it out. There is a card inside offering 30 day free trial for learning videos but I cannot figure out how to sign up as it sends me to another website. I took away a star for that. I don’t trust when something sends me to another website.

It’s a plastic toy and is small for its size. Bought it for my daughter to join the band at her elementary school and they told me it was too poor of quality for her to use. I have extremely disappointed and couldn’t return it because it was so cheaply made it broke shortly after.
