A lot of reviews complained about difficulty building. It was relatively easy and the directions were straightforward. Some spelling errors in the directions but nothing that confused you. The table is two pieces put together so it has a crack down the middle and doesn’t look like some insanely high-quality one piece table. But of course, this was insanely good price and the motor Works really well I have absolutely no complaints and was honestly expecting a lot lower quality for the cost. A lot of these raised tables have a rung the goes across the bottom. But if it has that you can’t add a treadmill underneath which I plan to do. Also chairs sometimes bump into those so it’s nice it doesn’t have that.

The media could not be loaded. I love everything about this desk for the value. I have zero complaints. I did add a 16 port strip extender under the rear of the desk. I’m adding diffused lighting throughout the room this week and white cable sheathing and ties. Huge upgrade from the setup prior to this. The desk is huge! Was able to get it into the room by removing a door and the adjustable feet. Worth it. Now has room for all the things. Adjusted the limiter for height. No abnormal motor noise. Relatively easy assembly. I would highly suggest adding a power strip under the desk with a long cord. It does not come with one and I planned ahead. No wobbliness issues. Desk is a steal for the current price.

The media could not be loaded. So far, five stars! I received today and put it together... myself!! Instructions were easy to follow and works exactly like it should. The only thing is ... the little circle thing for cords is not fitting. Going to try and gently hammer it in... for under $100, very much worth it!! And noise when you are operating is super quiet!!

Edit: I've found a significant design issue due to how their space-saving support-bars unfold, if you don't add shims under the desk surface, then the 'steps' and slopes of the bars will cause the surfaces to bow slightly in opposite directions when the screws are torqued down, loose screws is a bad solution IMO.. I've uploaded a 3D file to Printables to resolve this on my 55" model, may fit others. "fitstand desk 5524" if you want this fix. Else the shims I needed were 0.4mm 1.4mm and 2.0mm, if you can find equivalent washers. Surface is totally flat after adding these. The sizes are at irregular intervals because the holes are as well. But dropping a star for not having something to address this already and needing to DIY a fix. Last picture shows the shims. Original Review: I picked up this desk because not only was the price great, but I noticed on many of the 'solid' single-piece desks they get wrecked in transit in just about every way imaginable. I looked up photos of this desk and noticed not a single photo was of surface blemishes due to shipping. And now I know why, packaged absurdly well! Double boxed, and the only desk surface towards the outside is an underside portion. Pictures in instructions could be a little bigger, I accidentally installed the top-struts facing out instead of in to form a box shape. You can use the plastic corner-packers as a make-shift 90 degree square for tightening the legs to the frame. Once you get everything laid out it becomes more apparent where things will go. One thing a bit odd is the 'front' arrows on the legs will actually be the back of the desk, but this is probably intentional so you don't have to peel stickers, and the motor is recessed better in this orientation. Used a 3/32 bit to give the surface-linking straps a 3rd screw-hole, intentionally set close to the edge to pull them tighter together. Also moved the rear strap in closer, so it won't interfere with my monitor's clamp system. Quite an assortment of extra hardware after basic assembly is completed. Also be sure and read the instructions, you need to reset/calibrates before use, hold the cycle icon for 3 seconds, fair warning it will auto-cycle to highest then shortest positions on it's own during this! Then you can save your stand and sit positions into memory by holding the relevant button for 5 seconds. Also you can reach min/max by holding the up/down arrow 3 seconds and it will simply continue until reached, tap ANY button to interrupt an ongoing movement. I think this is a good/safe way to have things configured. Also the manual doesn't even mention it has a little red light that can turn on when you hit buttons and also will briefly activate itself when power goes out.

Overall great desk! I transitioned from an L shaped desk and this is much better, it's a great size too. I love the sit stand function which was relatively easy to put together. So like I said, great sturdy desk, would recommend!

recently purchased the FitStand Adjustable Stand Up Desk with high expectations, given its features and price point. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. Firstly, the desk does not come as one piece. Instead, it arrives in several pieces that require extensive assembly. The instructions provided are incredibly complicated and hard to follow, making the assembly process frustrating and time-consuming. The quality of the build is far from what I anticipated. The materials feel cheap and flimsy. The wood for the splice maple top cracks easily, which raises serious concerns about its durability and longevity. Additionally, the electric adjustment mechanism is inconsistent and noisy, further detracting from the desk's appeal. The FitStand Adjustable Stand Up Desk is not worth the investment. The complicated assembly process, poor build quality, and easily damaged wood make this a regrettable purchase. I would not recommend this desk to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality standing desk. "YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS"

I was a little worried about this desk due to the low price and the split down the middle design. I was happily surprised to see how sturdy and how little it wobbles. The motor controls are very intuitive and work really well. I would definitely recommend this desk to anyone. If I remember correctly, the instructions were pretty bad, but it's really not that complicated to assemble.
