Chengtian weights are excellent. I had some issues with shifting the plates. After contacting Chengtian, they rushed me a new set. Can not for better customer service and product support. I highly recommend them . !!!!

I made a mistake on my order and ordered one instead of a pair. Didn't realize until I received the first one. Took a bit of juggling to straighten it out in the Amazon system with an additional order, partial refund, etc. Multiple emails with the seller in the process and they were great to deal with. Very responsive every time, did everything they said they would do and when they said. Great experience. In addition to that, the weights are really nice. Adjuster system works smooth and easy. Just as nice as the big name adjustable dumbbells at half the price.

I ordered these after reading reviews and comparing and when I received the order one didn't work. I then contacted the company about it and they were so gracious to send me a replacement. I'm now highly disappointed because I was told not to return the original one that was non-working and have now been charged for a full second set of 2 dumbbells and the seller is telling me they didn't charge me so they don't have to refund me. Amazon was also of no help and told me I have to work through the seller. Buyer beware if you end up with a set that doesn't work ....

I love having weights that adjust by 2.5lbs! The plastic base for one of them broke within a month but the company was great about sending a replacement free of charge. You do have to be careful when placing in the base- I’ve had the middle part get stuck but found out there’s a release button on the bottom to help reset!
