I bought two of these and the first one expanded like it was supposed to but the second one hasn't expanded to the full size and I've had it out of its cover for about 4 or 5 days... Don't know if I should request a replacement or not since the first one worked while the other one didn't.

I absolutely love this wedge pillow. I have Gerd and even with the medication I still have to sleep pretty much sitting up. I also read a lot and this wedge allows me to read and sleep comfortably. I was afraid it wouldn't be firm enough but it's perfect.

It can be used in several different ways. Be aware that it is not at all soft. It works as intended and described, but if you use it for back support while sitting up in bed you may want a pillow behind you. It is made well, had no odor as other wedges do, and will not bend out of shape.

    • Cheaply constructed, overpriced and poorly designed!

This wedge pillow is overpriced for the crappy quality and is not worth the price. The two separate wedges are enclosed in a cheap, poorly designed case that is poorly assembled and the material can be easily torn. The two velcro fasteners that are supposed to hold the two pieces in place are useless and the top part consistently slides off the bottom piece. You’ll find yourself slipping sideways, downward and at odd angles; constantly having to readjust your head and body to get the top and bottom re-aligned. Again , the two pieces are enclosed in a very thin and cheap material that is not only itchy to the touch, but so cheaply stitched together they can easily be torn apart just by simply pulling one piece a little or allowing them to slide too far off at an angle which tends to happen every time you lay your head down on it. The pillow itself is just so-so — nothing to write home about. For piece of mind, as well as a non-itchy experience, you may want to consider looking elsewhere. ... show more
