The rugs are of good quality, although a bit over priced. We received an incorrect size, and the seller was quick to respond with alternatives. We are waiting for our refund for the duplicate rug, and will give it time to come to fruition.

The rug was too thin to use where I intended it to be used. It appeared slightly variegated in the description and picture but had a wide white horizontal and vertical line on it. When I sent a request to Amazon to return it and a smaller rug, it listed them as one return. What it didn't tell me was that I had to put both of them into one box; when I arrived at UPS to return it with the printed label, I was told that the two of them must be kept together to ship in one box and the box to return it amounted to $18.00 and some change. I paid the money as it was a 20 mile round trip to go back home and find (perhaps) a box that would accommodate both of the rugs. Beware of returns that don't give the information needed to package for return!!!!! I hardly think that was a free return. ... show more

I needed a rug that would hold up in the hot sun and rain for our front deck. The color is perfect, tan, and has already been through rain and high winds. The rug was rolled up in shipment but the ends uncurled and laid flat in no time. I like how it's durable but not stiff.
