The product title and description don't really feel like they match the item. While it says the item is for backs, calves, etc, on the box it has words like "hot" and "sensual" and is clearly marketed for something else. I've bought a lot of vibrators like this one, but typically they're more clearly marketed as an adult sex toy or a vibrator. I don't see how this thing could be useful for any type of body massage, and it just doesn't compare to bigger massagers that I use for my back. The vibration is fairly weak, and it can't handle a lot of pressure without the head of it bending. When I've bought ones like this before this tends to be what breaks it, probably because the wires in the neck can't handle a lot of bending. The product itself seems well made, and the usb cord doesn't feel cheap. It has a nice smooth, soft cover that's also hard. There are three buttons on it; power, increase vibration, and change pattern. Just like the rest of these sorts of vibrators it has 7 speed settings and starts on constant vibration with no pattern. It is a bit odd though, because it starts at the highest level of intensity, so I always have to dial it down to 0 and then back up to properly use it. The vibration itself reminds me of a tiny pocket vibe, and it's not as strong as other vibrators that look like this one. This is nice if you prefer light vibrations and less pressure, but I was hoping for something else. It also doesn't have a rumbly vibration at all, and feels more like a buzz which is a bit odd for how large it is.

So weak. Thought I was replacing my old trusty one which I've had for years and is identical. But this one is not anywhere close to as strong as my old trusty one. This feels like the same tiny buzz as an electric toothbrush. Does nothing for me. Sad.

This massager is a no frills device that looks sleek and unassuming in the black option. It has different settings that alter how it vibrates using different vibration patterns, and also different speeds. The item description doesn't mention this, but the different patterns are interesting and can be used for different types of stimulation. The head is a bit flexible, and made of soft smooth silicone that feels really great. The device is rechargeable which is nice, because who wants to worry about batteries? It seems to hold a charge for a decent amount of time, even when used quite a bit. I will say that I wish the vibration settings were just a little more intense, even at the highest level it isn't that impressive. It did however do it's job, and it does so pretty quickly. It's fairly quiet, but not silent, so choose your time to use this appropriately. I don't think you'll be able to use this with someone asleep beside you without waking them if you know what I mean. This is definitely great for both solo and partner play, and can bring some extra fun to the bedroom.

While advertised as a massager for other body parts, it's power is not strong enough to do anything more than of a sexual nature. The vibration feels more of a buzzing sensation than actual vibration. The head/neck of the massager is designed to bend away when you try to put pressure on your back. The texture of the massager feels like a nice silicon material. I like that the electric plugging outlet is hidden at the bottom, naturally covered by the silicon material. There are multiple settings with changes in pattern and speed. Overall it doesn't quite work for me because of the lack of power and pressure.

I'm a simple human who grew up in a rural mountain area, so when I saw an affordable BACK massager that might give my fiancee's aching shoulders and neck some relief, I jumped on it. I'm very naive. I'm also relieved that the other reviewers here were at times equally surprised at the true intentions of this thing. Sometimes I wonder how I've survived this long in the world. The item's packaging and instructions definitely focus on a more private use, though it still says it's good for muscular relief. My fiancee thought it was hilarious that my altruistic purchase turned into something else, so at least it's a very memorable moment. I don't have the parts to test this in the ways it's meant to be tested, but I'm not upset about the somewhat misleading description. I understand why it's done this way. And hey, it certainly vibrates and does stuff that I'm sure someone might enjoy. Five stars? Sure!
