The listing say these run large and to order a half size down. I am glad I listened because I am a true 9.5 and I ordered a 9 and they fit great! They are nice and wide in the toe box and seem like they will be very comfortable for walking. The quality seems good but only time will tell. They feel very lightweight and the arch support seems good. I will probably change the shoelaces because they seem extra long and I prefer shorter laces. I can’t wait to test them out at Movement Detroit next weekend!

Best Adidas Sneaker

THESE ARE MY FAVORITE TENNIS SHOES!! I have worn the you know what out of these things and I seriously have never adored a tennis shoe more. These shoes are extremely comfortable and offer great arch support. I am not quite flat footed but my arch is lower than it should be. Finding shoes with good arch support has often been an issue for me, so I was pleasantly surprised by the Swift Run's. The shoes are incredibly versatile, I've used them for out door walks and in the gym. The material is high quality. I've walked many miles and there are no visible signs of wear except they do become dirty on occasion. I have never had any traction problems with these shoes, regardless of where I am while wearing them. They are extremely breathable, comfortable, and stylish. I would absolutely buy this style again and I recommend it to other people. If you are looking for a versatile tennis shoe with great support and comfort, definitely give these a try.

1. Overall Impressions These Adidas Swift Run sneakers are lightweight, breathable, and comfortable—exactly what I needed for treadmill workouts. 2. Pros (What Worked Well) • What I liked about it: – Breathable design keeps feet from overheating – Comfortable fit with enough toe room without rubbing – Stylish gray color that looks great for casual wear too – No blisters or discomfort during use 3. Cons (Room for Improvement) • A couple of things to note: – None so far; they’ve been comfortable and reliable for treadmill use 4. My Experience I bought these specifically because my old shoes gave me blisters every time I walked or jogged on the treadmill. With these, I haven’t had that problem at all—they’re comfortable, breathable, and fit with just the right amount of toe space. I mainly use them for treadmill workouts, though I’ll also wear them for the occasional walk. For hiking, I use a different pair, but for this purpose they’ve been perfect. 5. Hard to get on

These shoes are cute but they are hard to get on. The “sock” style of shoe makes it difficult to get on and they didn’t have much cushion. I will keep them but they won’t be the go to tennis shoes I was hoping for.
