I generally wear an XL (6'1", 35" waist, 44" hip) but the only size left in the style I wanted was 1X, so I got it. Really can't tell a difference, it fits pretty much perfectly. Material is thin but warm, and stretches in the right places and it's totally opaque. It's not too tight or revealing, and the waist band is tall and thick, and stays perfectly in place, even when squatting or exercising. I immediately tried these while working out and really had no complaints about them moving, scrunching, or riding up, they stayed perfectly in place. The leg openings are a little tight, so they take and extra minute to slip on, but this also keeps them firmly at my ankle. Overall love the color combination, the stripes are thick and well sewn. Super comfy! Love the grey color! Quality material. These are a perfect length. After washing they did shrink a little, which was a great thing, as they run a tad big. Lightweight, will be great for spring walks!

I was elated to finally receive these leggings after my initial pair was stolen by a neighbor :( These were lightweight, affordable ($16 vs. the $40 retail), and classic. I wore them first for a power yoga class. The classic three-stripe design is recognizable, flattering, and versatile. My quibbles are that I realized that the waistband is jacquard (like exposed elastic) vs. the cotton blend material over elastic (as was the case with my older pair of these leggings and a red pair I had also recently purchased, both of which featured the Trefoil version of the logo). I purchased these leggings to use for general athletic pursuits (teaching dance fitness, attending dance class) and running errands, and I launder my athletic gear inside-out on delicate and always hang it to try. I am unsure how long these leggings will last since they seem ephemeral, and I am thankful I bought them on sale instead of at the usual price. ... show more

I was a little worried when I ordered these that they wouldn't fit. There was only one review from someone else who purchased a 3X and that review wasn't positive. But, the size chart is accurate and my leggings fit just fine and are long enough for me (5'6"). Being mostly cotton, they are thicker than my other leggings and they aren't buttery soft but they are breathable, comfortable and aren't see through. The fit is wonderful, the length is perfect (i am 5'8" ),love the contrasting white stripes that are so perfectly the ADIDAS signature look and the logo! The size (medium ) is true to size, the elastic waist band is perfect -not too tight that it cuts into your waist to cause a roll top, but just the right amount to keep them from sagging (especially in the crotch) after wearing them awhile or walking around.....THE ONLY ISSUE! THEY ARE SEE THROUGH!!! If it werent for the fact you can see EVERYTHING these would be perfect for wearing out of the house....the material is light weight not too heavy for summer but probably too light for fall/winter....since I like the way they fit so much I will keep them to lounge around the house.... ... show more

I love the look and feel of these pants. Fit perfectly! They’re almost like cotton - which I love. Feels breathable and comfortable. I don’t like the shiny booty look you get with the spandex/lycra choices out there. The wide waist band keeps the pants up -so no tugging at your pants while working out.
