OK. I am a 6’1” woman who normally wears a Medium top and has C-cups. Following advice from the comments, I ordered one size up and got a Large. The jacket is a slim-fit with little give. It’s very flattering if you like being sucked in and have a smaller chest, but I prefer some room. At my size, raising my arms showed my midriff as well. Therefore, I returned the Large and got a 1XL. The sizing of the second jacket solved all the problems I found in the first jacket. It was a bit looser, I didn’t feel compressed and it was long enough as to not show my midriff when I raised my arms. Perfect! What I learned was this: if you want a tighter, slimmer fit and have a small chest, you can size up once and probably be fine. If you want a bit of a looser fit and want some breathing room for the girls, size up twice. ... show more
