The material used on these shorts is very thick cotton. Theyโ€™re a little more heavy than typical shorts. Iโ€™m a 5โ€™8 119 lb male and a size small short ends up around my kneecap in the middle. I even decided to buy 2 blacks and another color.

Long ago as a gift I received 2 pairs of these shorts from JC Penny's. They were 100% cotton also but a thinner type of cotton material. Held up really nice! My black pair was finally wearing out on the inside. Found these read the reviews. One person wrote them being just like seat pants. They are correct! I like em and wear them all the time. But like sweat pants they are little warm for summer wear. Unless its fairly cool or you have the A/C running,at least I find them to be some what WARM. These shorts are like if someone to sweatpants, cut them off and made shorts out of them. They are thick and are a little heavy compared to other Adidas shorts I've work.
