I'm female, 285 lbs and 5'8", and ordered the 3x. I could have in all honesty rocked a size down just fine but I love a baggy look. This is my second pair of these, I wear the first ones so much I came back for another. The fabric is quality and has a lot of give. One small downside is if you catch, say, the charms you wear on your nails in the fabric it will catch, ask me how I know, but I can't roll without being a bit extra so just be aware and be careful if you have spikes or other sharp things on your nails. Yes I realize that these are mens pants but y'all don't get to keep all the quality fitness bottoms to yourself that don't fit like Daisy Dukes on a sausage, I need my bits hidden tyvm. All anyone needs to see when I squat at the gym is fabric and space. Although the fabric is thick, stretchy, and strong it also breathes nicely which is important to someone like me that sweats like I walked out of the shower mid workout and don't side eye me like that, if you're wearing 3x you know exactly what I'm talking about, don't play, and it needs to be discussed here. These pants make it so while you know you're a hot mess express it isn't visibly noticeable and as someone who is self-conscious at the gym I appreciate that. If you sweat profusely these are good disguise that pants no matter your gender. I have the blue with white stripe and I do wish there was a larger array of colors but that's me. I like bright colors and lots of them. There are no zippers, these are drawstring fastened with a long, good quality 3/8s inch wide cord. I am older. An old man. I am not athletic in any sense of the word. I lift coffee instead of weights. I do want comfort though. Something easy to slip on and from a brand that reminds me of my younger days. The are comfortable. They are a bit heavy weight but not enough to be uncomfortable on a mildly hot day. The waist has a draw string that works well and fits, the length for me is just right. They do not hinder movement and look good with just about anything. ... show more

I wear to the gym. Nice. Sort of thick. It’s not light paper thin like I suspected, which is good - makes them more heavy duty and quality. I wear am xl. The xl fits me pretty good, wish there was a little more room in the butt, however the legs are cut well and length is perfect.
