This is one swell jacket. I'm sorry, make that a swell track top. A sign of the times, I fear. In my day this would have been a jacket but today in order to keep it relevant it's a regular fit track top. Regardless it is a fine, lightweight and comfortable outer layer that looks and feels good on. It looks good zipped up and looks good hanging open. I ordered an X-Large and it fits perfectly. It looks long on the model, but the cinched waist allows it to easily look proportional on me as well. The sleeves break at the wrist joint. The attractive and distinctive collar stands up but not so much as to irritate the neck even with a neat 4 day stubble going. Let's take a quick detour for a second. Someone thought enough about the word, Tricot, to include it in the headline. I didn't know anything specific about Tricot, so l looked it up. I learned that “Tricot is a durable, stretchy, warp-knit fabric known for its smooth front (zigzag pattern) and ribbed back, typically made from nylon or polyester blends with spandex (Elastane) for swimwear, lingerie, and activewear”. It is touted as non-snagging and very durable. It is comfortable and soft and can be moisture wicking. Okay, now I can understand why they would prominently feature this desirable material. (Somewhere along the line I also learned that adidas was the second largest manufacturer of sportswear in the world behind Nike. Just something else I didn't know.) I really like the cut of this track top. From the almost Asian standing collar to the cinched, elastic hems on the waist and arms, it drapes very naturally. And I appreciate the gray shell subtly contrasted with the 3 black adidas stripes down the arms. The pockets may take me some getting used to in that they extend from the side seam of the torso all the way to the zipper from the outside, and are over 8 inches deep on the inside. Perfect for keys, phone, ear buds, wallet, mints or any number of necessary items and can be carried fairly safely; there are no actual closures - gravity is your friend. The left breast carries the adidas' vector art with no type accompanying it nor anywhere else on the jacket save the T-tiniest label on an inside seam behind the multi-lingual laundering instructions. Hardly intrusive. Speaking of laundering, the item is, as expected, machine washable. At first blush the price seemed a tad high, but once I went over it with a fine toothed comb, I realized it was not just another purchase but with care, an investment. The good folks at adidas may be targeting a youth market here, but they caught my over 30 eyes as well. I'll be wearing this jacket as long as it lasts, which should be impressive span of time. As for the item, I give it a high recommendation and 5 fully merited Stars. It is well designed, well constructed and well received by me and my young friends. ... show more

Arrived on time and well packaged. I ordered the Adidas Men’s Tricot Track Top. I ordered the XXL Tall in grey. My husband is 6.3 and weighs approximately. 220. I ordered an XXL Tall, because he likes his Tops a bit looser. The Top fits him perfectly. The quality and craftsmanship of this Adidas Top are just like all the other products we've bought from them for our entire family, across all ages. Reminding myself that I bought Adidas in Germany around 1984. The quality has never failed. There are no loose threads, but clean hems, smoothly gliding zippers, and vivid, fresh colors and print. I noticed that some customers complained about the thinness of this Tricot Top; however, this is expected given the style and type of clothing you chose. I can not find any negative comments. Definitely recommend this Top for yourself or as a gift for your loved ones. ... show more

Brand: Adidas Color: Gray Size: Regular fit, Large Pros: +Lightweight +Material (fabric and zipper) feel like they’re higher quality +Does a good job repelling rain +Fits really good even the sleeves, easy to move around in, not constricting Cons: -The pocket openings are sewn along the side seams of the jacket which makes it very awkward when you're putting your hands inside. (Like you're doing those bent over row exercises with dumbbells.) It seems like the opening would be at more of an angle. Not sure if I’m describing that in the best way but it's just weird. The pockets are deep, btw, so that helps once your hands are inside. -This jacket is a bit overpriced. Currently, it is on sale for about twenty dollars less than the regular price and I think that's probably more in line with what I think the regular price should be. I do understand that it's a brand name jacket, however, so there's gonna a mark up for that. Despite the cons, this is still a classic windbreaker style, lightweight jacket that fits and looks good. This to me is a classic adidas track jacket/top, if someone says "adidas track jacket" this design is exactly what I would think. Everything on this appears to be authentic, so I assume this piece is in fact authentic (though I cannot say that for certain). It comes with what appears to be a manufacturers tag. This is an Amazon Vine review: The description doesn't really provide much information on this jacket. I'll start with this jacket is great. I love the material and styling. The material is a thin polyester nylon-like material - good for a cool day and maybe light rain. The styling of this jacket is what I like the best - it's a bit on the baggy-side - not overly baggy and the sizing is accurate (I'm a medium and the medium fits perfectly). The cut sits nicely at the waist and the cuffs are nice and snug. Great for casual wear - but I plan on using for golf as well. One last minor point - the outside pockets are nice and deep - and securely hold items without risk of things falling out. And there are 2 decent mesh pockets inside the jacket to hold some light items. ... show more

60 bucks for this thing!!! No way!!! I was so excited to get a genuine Adidas jacket. This thing is so thin, you can literally see through it. Style is also lacking. This thing is for show offs, for someone who wants to flaunt the 3 stripes. I give a value of $10 at best. Even though I got it from Amazon Vine for review, I'm sending it back, I'm insulted that they would try to disguise this as some high end fashion wear. It has no value as far as outdoor clothing use other than to show off. It's even $20 less on the Adidas site. Nice pic on the Amazon site but it doesn't look like that when you put it on. ... show more
