I wanted something comfortable but not too thin. This is like more traditional cotton shirts where it's not silly smooth fabric, and doesn't have nipples peaking through for a heavier set man. I am 5'7" and 185-195 lbs. I'm only a C cup size bra, and carry most of my weight in my mid section. The Large in men's fits loose, but not too big, and very comfortable fabric.
