XL 9" These are very stretchy. I'm not even getting those out as far as I could and they already went from 17 to 27". Sending these back. I'm going to order a large and medium and see which one fits better. Edit: I went with the large. I'm in the 240s but I have a lot of muscle and not much of a gut. ... show more
