I wear this type of short around the house, since they are light and cool and most times very comfortable. But I find these side pocket zippers uncomfortable when sitting especially, as they stick out if you have them unzipped, and they rub on your arms then. When not seated, they work fine. The quality otherwise seems good, though a little more elastic in the waistband would probably make them last a little longer. There is minimal elastic as they are made. I now have ordered some UA Tech Graphic shorts on Amazon that have no zippers, and more elastic too, but they run a little large according to the size chart, I've found. Good thing Amazon makes returns easy though.

I was worried after I ordered by the look on the image from Amazon, I thought that these maybe would fit a little big. I'm so glad that wasn't the case! It fits me just right above the knee, it doesn't slide down it stays in place. It's made from Aeroready fabric so it's very light and breathable. The pockets have small zipper closures so that nothing will fall out of them. If you need a short that will get you through a workout and then carry on with your day if you need to, I believe these will do the job just fine.

Zipper pockets an essential feature of any athletic apparel and this has two zipper pockets on the front/side. My only complaint is that the pockets are not exactly on the side but slightly side/front-ish. Perfect weight and classic Adidas design. Great deal when you get them on sale.
